LoToS – vehicle to be loaded on the back side
The LoToS with loading possibilities on the back side offers an economical system solution to the strict separation ofthe waste collecting and transport. The fille dup LoToS – container will be transported further by a tilting car with rolling container.
The ACTS transport on railway is also possible. The collecting can be immediately continued with the new container. The LoToS – system belongs of vehicles with loading on the side, of a tranship station and of different containers.
Tilting:

The MGB 60 l / 80 l, 120 l / 240 l és 770 l / 1100 l containers belonging to the LoToS lifting device family, furthermore to the emptying of vessels a bin containers oft 35/50 and 70/110 l
Compression:

– two hydraulic pulleys, moving continuously into the opposite direction to each others, without neutral gear stroke provides the continuous pick- up of the waste and of the materials to be recycled.

Extremely still compression operation

– At switch- off by the operation of the pulleys into the opposite direction the compression unit and the container can be simply and accuratle separated.
Container lifting system:

The lifting and rolling down frame with the type of HALLER enables to put down the container to the ground or its direct tranship to a railway waggon (as an option).

The entire exchanging operation takes 6 minutes at the maximum.
Electronics / control system on the board:

Operator’s terminal with ergonomic design, with a high resolution, with color TFT monitor providing error display with text
The speed of the tilting unit can be electrically and proportionally regulated by the control pump.
CAN- bus between the terminal to be found in the driver’s cabin and the board computer,
CleANopen installed already at the type LoToS as well!
Container:

Volume of the container: 22 m3, 24 m3 or 27 m3
Running gear: Running gear with three shafts for public operation vehicles, manufactured in serial production
Options:

– Control of the free running of the container – it is beneficially at putting down to solid ground.

Semi automatic or fully automatic tilting vehicle.
